Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation (PFNA) Short: – Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation short is used in Pertrochanteric fractures, Intertrochanteric fractures, and High subtrochanteric fractures. PFNA short is available in multiple diameter and length combinations.
Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation (PFNA) Long: – Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation long is used in Low and extended subtrochanteric fractures, Ipsilateral trochanteric fractures, Combination fractures (in the proximal femur), and Pathological fractures. The nails are anatomically curved and need to be ordered for the right and left femur separately. The distal end can be fixed by locking bolts and dynamization of the fracture can also be ensured. PFNA long is also available in multiple diameter and length combinations.
